MEMBERSHIP MANAGER   

A Typical Week May Look Like This…

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining AFP’s membership business and sustained value proposition. Plans, develops, manages and executes all learning products that support the growth of AFP membership, meeting or exceeding both strategic and financial targets. This includes, but not limited to, member benefit products (badges, mini-courses, videos, on demand, open enrollment, sponsored products, etc.)
  • Continually review current Learning Management System (LMS) offerings and make recommendations for new products for members within corporate finance, treasury and payments fields. Manages all membership-related content on AFP’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring offering align with industry needs.  Collaborate with AFP’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure learning products align with member needs.
  • Utilizing a strategic mindset and strong project management skills, create a deep understanding of AFP’s membership engagement and learning product development to continually strengthen product offerings.
  • Serving as the Community Manager for Collaborate (AFP’s membership platform), this position is responsible for fostering engagement and participation by posting applicable content and information relevant to AFP’s membership.

Is This You?

  • At least 7-10 years of membership experience, including maintaining relationships, driving membership growth, and product development. MBA and/or PMP preferred.
  • An organized person with excellent communication and project management skills who can multitask and understands project prioritization.
  • An adaptable person who is highly collaborative and fosters strong teamwork.
  • Ability to collaborate in a virtual environment and enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced workplace.
