Marketing Manager
As our next Marketing Manager, you’ll put your expertise to use to oversee and execute marketing campaigns for a variety of AFP programs. You’ll lead a team to connect members and prospective users to products and services that will enhance their careers in the finance profession. You’ll also strategize ways to increase attendance and engagement for AFP events.


Here is a Snapshot of the Cool Things that You May Work On…

  • Develop marketing communications plans that grow AFP programs and products.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to execute tactical plans on time and within budget.
  • Use your strong copywriting skills to develop targeted copy for digital and print marketing content.
  • Be the voice of the Marketing Team to AFP stakeholders, and work with them to tie in marketing strategies to their programs and products.
  • Analyze data from various marketing activities and channels and translate that data into effective marketing communication strategies.
  • Monitor financial resources and work with management to establish budgets for your programs and projects.
  • Work with the team members to manage the production process and oversee vendors providing deliverables and services for your marketing projects.


Is This You?

  • You’ve worked in marketing for at least 8 years.
  • You have experience managing a marketing team.
  • You have experience with consumer and event marketing.
  • You’re a great writer and overall communicator.
  • You’re a proactive team player who knows how to collaborate effectively.
  • Details are important to you; you notice the little things.
  • You like offering new ideas or new ways to do things.
  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • MBA desired; Bachelor’s degree required.
